Key Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities
Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery progression
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the clinical team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
Qualifications
Active PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
New graduates encouraged to apply
