Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -- Gallup, NM

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to a patient in their home in Gallup, New Mexico.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll provide care according to a physician-established plan of care while building a meaningful relationship with your patient and family.

Position Details

• Location: Gallup, NM
• Schedule: Up to 84 hours per week
• Pay: $50 -$55 per hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Setting: Patient's private residence
