Your Role:

Are you a self-motivated go-getter with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where exceeding expectations is the norm? If so, instacar wants you on our team! We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:**

• Respond promptly to leads generated from all online sales channels.
• Take ownership of leads and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Train customers on our product and assist them in finding the best mobility solution for their needs.

Requirements

We value individuals who:

• Have 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management (passion for cars is a bonus!).
• Possess a customer-first mindset and a hunter mentality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
• Are coachable and receptive to feedback, with a willingness to continuously improve.
