We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel Compliance to support and further develop our compliance framework in a dynamic international environment. This role combines compliance, contract law, and emerging topics such as EU AI Act compliance.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as contact for compliance-related matters across the organization
- Support the implementation of legal and internal compliance requirements, including the EU AI Act
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
- Advise business stakeholders on compliance, governance, and regulatory matters
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Procurement, HR, Finance, and external partners
- Maintain and continuously improve the Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs
- Support whistleblowing processes and internal investigations
