_As a Kyo Regional Director (RD), you will oversee all facets of a Kyo region, from ensuring exceptional client and staff experiences to fostering strong relationships within the local autism community. _We are seeking an exceptional leader to lead our growing Orlando, Tampa and Miami teams._

_The ideal candidate is located in Orlando or Tampa._

_Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 per year_

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• _Lead your region to success, implementing strategic operating plans._
• _Recruit and manage a stellar BCBA team, driving high performance and meeting business metrics._
• _Maintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction._
• _Maintain billable productivity margins and meet quarterly revenue targets._
• _Boost client, payer, and staff engagement through effective communication and relationship building._
• _Consult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances._
• _Manage client balance and waitlist, ensuring maximum retention._
• _Coordinate with various departments to address regional needs and meet goals._

POSITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• _5 years experience in the Autism field, BCBA preferred_
• _Operational and leadership experience in ABA preferred (willingness to learn required!)_
• _Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance._
• _Comfortable with in-person client visits and regular travel._

BASIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• _Pass DOJ & FBI background check and TB test where applicable._
• _Receive and act on detailed information through oral & written communication. _
• _Utilize finger dexterity; good vision, hearing and critical thinking on a regular basis in order to carry out all duties and responsibilities._
• _Able to sit, stand and walk during a standard workday._
• _Able to drive from client to client and to various business meetings._
• _Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds or more. _
