The Role

As Social Media Executive , you will support the execution of Minimalist’s social media strategies across various platforms. You’ll help ensure our digital presence is consistent, on-brand, and performance-driven. This position is based at our headquarters in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of social media strategies and content calendars across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and other media formats.
• Monitor and manage brand engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and community interactions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and brand goals.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.) and prepare basic reports to identify top-performing content and optimization opportunities.
• Support eMail marketing efforts including content drafting, list segmentation, and scheduling using platforms like Klaviyo.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of digital trends.
