Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager, we develop cutting-edge digital lending and financial mobile products for global markets, combining high-load technologies, data-driven decisions, and a modern product approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects that directly impact loan disbursements, approval rates, risk management, and retention.
• Act as the central communication hub between engineering, marketing, risk, and operations teams.
• Set clear tasks, monitor deadlines, and drive initiatives to tangible results.
• Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable, effective solutions.
• Create reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and process improvements.
• Optimize internal workflows to help the product scale faster.

Requirements

• Relevant background or strong interest in FinTech, digital lending, or financial products (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with structured, logical thinking.
• Practical knowledge of Excel and SQL sufficient to query data, validate metrics, and draw conclusions.
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven approach - focused on business outcomes rather than just tracking tickets.
