We are looking for a Digital Transformation Coordinator (M/F) for our site located in Masevaux (68290), France.
Your missions:
Take the next step in your carrer within an innovative and international automotive environment :
- Observe shopfloor processes and gather user requirements in order to identify opportunities for digitalization and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the definition and prioritization of the site's digital transformation roadmap.
- Design, develop and deploy applications, automations, workflows and digital tools that support operational needs.
- Identify and integrate digital and artificial intelligence solutions into the company's various business processes.
- Automate data collection, processing and distribution to improve data reliability and reduce low-value-added administrative tasks.
- Create and maintain dashboards to support operational management and monitor key performance indicators.
- Develop prototypes, conduct functional testing and perform pilot projects to validate the effectiveness of solutions before deployment.
- Support change management by training users and helping them build autonomy in the use of new digital tools.
- Provide first-level functional support and ensure the follow-up of digital tools in collaboration with IT and Digital teams.
- Monitor emerging digital technologies and artificial intelligence innovations, and report project progress to the Head of Operational Excellence.
