The Purpose:

As a Senior People Operations Associate at PPRO, you will play a key role delivering accurate, efficient and employee-focused People Operations across our Americas region.

You will have day to day responsibility for supporting our employees and managers across Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and the USA , with a particular focus on payroll, benefits, employee lifecycle processes and HR administration. You will work closely with our local payroll and benefits partners, as well as colleagues across our global People team, to ensure our processes run smoothly and our employees receive a high quality People experience. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, taking ownership and finding ways to make processes better.
