Are you a hands-on, strategic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Protective's Corporate Communications team is looking for a summer intern who's ready to dive in, take ownership and make an impact. If you're a strong writer and creative thinker who enjoys producing content across platforms, this opportunity is for you. You'll support storytelling, content creation and employee engagement, helping translate complex topics into clear, engaging messaging. Projects include internal newsletters, campaign planning and company updates--all while gaining exposure to Protective's values-driven culture and cross-functional teams.

Our Internship Program is an annual 8-week program that provides high-performing college students with hands-on experience working with an organization that has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Midsize Employers in 2025. This program will include the opportunity to participate in personal mentoring and insight into our business operations. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute solutions to real business problems. In addition to gaining meaningful work experience, interns will have the opportunity to participate in various community and professional development events.
