Indoor Plantscape Technician

Calling all plant lovers and green thumbs!

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Plantscape Technician to join our team in a 'Springer' capacity. This is a dynamic role covering sick leave, annual leave, and assisting the wider team. While there is no locked-in permanent run, this position offers great variety, seeing you service different clients across various regions.

The main duties of this role are:

• Care and maintenance of indoor plants, including watering, fertilising, cleaning and pruning
• Installing and uninstalling plants on clients' premises
• Loading and unloading the delivery trucks
• Communication with the client contact onsite

You will have experience and skills including:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Horticulture certificate/experience (Desired)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work autonomously and drive long distances
• High attention to detail with drive to maintain high standards
• An ability to consistently work within both our Client's and Ambius' safety parameters

At Ambius, we take care of the training, but what we do need from you is:

• Valid manual Australian driver’s license
• As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks

• Experience working independently to achieve set targets
• Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and clients both verbally and in writing
• Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
• Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships
