Founteyn is launching its connected beverage platform in the United States. One smart system brings coffee, water, soft drinks, and more together, with hot, cold, still, and sparkling options.

To support our first large-scale US rollout, we are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator who thrives on organization, communication, and getting things done.

You will coordinate customer onboarding, installations, service visits, inventory, and daily operations while connecting customers, field engineers, logistics, and commercial teams.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will keep customers informed, solve operational challenges before they become problems, and help build the processes that will support Founteyn's growth across the United States.

Location & Working Model

This is a locally based position in the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area. Regular on-site presence will be required to support customers, field service activities and the day-to-day operation. We are therefore looking for candidates who are already based in, or within reasonable commuting distance of, the Miami / Fort Lauderdale area.
