Join our Anti-Financial Crime Investigation team and play a key role in preventing, detecting and investigating financial fraud across the Bank and the wider Group
We are looking for an Anti-Fraud Expert to join us on our journey to success!
What You’ll do:
- Investigate potential fraud and financial crime cases
- Monitor transactions, red flags and scenario-based alerts
- Investigate identity, third-party, card, transfer and other fraud attempts
- Analyse fraud patterns, trends and emerging risks
- Document investigations and recommend effective risk mitigation controls
- Escalate complex cases for further resolution
- Work closely with Business, Technology, Risk, Operations and Cards teams
- Contribute to improving fraud monitoring, controls and processes
