If so, we're looking for a Customer Engagement and Retention Manager to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Lead customer lifecycle and engagement campaigns across activation, cross-sell, upsell, retention and reactivation
• Define customer segments, campaign objectives and communication strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Product and other key stakeholders
• Use customer data and behavioral insights to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including data preparation, segmentation, testing, launch and optimization
• Monitor key KPIs, support A/B testing, analyze results and drive continuous improvements
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring effective collaboration, timely delivery and high-quality execution
