What You’ll do:

• Manage daily banking operations related to client and merchant onboarding, current accounts, savings accounts, and term deposits, including maintenance and servicing activities.
• Perform back-office and first-line-of-defense activities, including checks, validations, approvals, processing, and support for the branch network.
• Handle and process account seizures and garnishments, in line with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
• Actively contribute to projects involving the implementation of new products and operational processes.
• Prepare business requirements and test scenarios, participate in testing and UAT activities, and ensure procedures are updated accordingly.
• Perform activities related to reporting, internal controls, SLA monitoring, and reconciliations.
• Support the preparation, validation, and daily processing of the ANAF B101 report, including related change requests.
• Proactively identify and propose process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and internal controls.
