Job Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
- Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation _(with support from Heather AI)_
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of work experience in the behavioral health field required.
- Experience facilitating groups required.
- Experience conducting individual sessions preferred.
- State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor’s level.
- Credentials may include:
- CADC I, II, or III required
- QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC preferred
- CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC preferred
- CPR-AED and First Aid certification required.
- Availability to work weekend shifts on either a Sun–Thurs schedule or a Tues–Sat schedule required.
- Experience with specific treatment focus areas or patient populations preferred.
- Eligible to work in the United States required.
