依頼主の代理人としてゼネコンを指導し、利益を最大化する建築PM業務。主任として工場・研究所の案件をお任せ。常に案件を獲得できる基盤がある為、様々な領域にも挑戦できます。週3日～4日の出張も相談可能です。

■詳細

・プロジェクト計画策定、KPIを用いたパフォーマンス管理

・ゼネコンや設計事務所への指導・マネジメント

・リソース調達、品質・安全・環境(HSE)の計画と継続的管理

・部門横断チームのリードと促進

★事業用不動産サービス事業を展開するCBRE社との提携により、工場・データセンター・オフィス・商業施設等、最先端かつ大規模な案件に携われます。

■概要

依頼主の代理人としてゼネコンを指導し、利益を最大化する建築PM業務。現場でのプロフェッショナルとして半導体や食品などの製造工場や製薬R&Dセンターの案件をお任せします。常に案件を獲得できる基盤がある為、様々な領域にも挑戦でき、あなたの人生経験としても忘れられないプロジェクトに従事することができます。週3日～4日の出張も相談可能です。

・プロジェクト計画策定、KPIを用いたパフォーマンス管理

・ゼネコンや設計事務所への指導・マネジメント

・リソース調達、品質・安全・環境(HSE)の計画と継続的管理

【必須】何らかの建築のPM経験、もしくは建築現場での管理経験

【歓迎】英語の実務経験、工場・プラントに関するご経験
