**Securities Domain Expertise

** Candidates should have good understanding of one or more of the following:

• Securities trading and lifecycle

• Equities, Fixed Income / Bonds and other financial instruments

• Trade capture and trade processing

• Order Management / Trade Management

• Settlement and clearing

• Corporate Actions

• Custody and Securities Services

• Reconciliation

• Reference / Static Data

• SWIFT messaging and securities-related messages

• Market infrastructure and settlement processes

• Regulatory and compliance requirements related to securities processing

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or Functional Solution Consultant in Capital Markets / Securities IT.

• Strong combination of Securities domain knowledge and IT functional analysis.

• Excellent requirement-gathering and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.

• Experience working in complex banking / financial-services environments is preferred.
