As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (awareness, consideration, performance) such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels
• Assist in creating reports, tracking KPIs, and analyzing campaign performance
• Collaborate with suppliers/agencies and in house Graphic Designer to produce creative materials (e.g., texts, images, videos, landing pages etc.) to support campaigns and ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Manage the daily use of social media accounts and website
• Coordinate the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of creative assets
• Support TikTok campaigns by assisting with content creation, scheduling, and trend monitoring
• Assist in identifying, vetting, and coordinating with influencers and brand partners to expand audience reach
• Explore the use of AI-powered content tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, generative AI platforms, marketing automation) to streamline content creation and personalization
• Assist in maintaining and updating website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
• Monitor competition - provide ideas and campaigns to stand out
• Provide project and administrative support to the Digital Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Previous experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager
• Creativity and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong adaptability and flexibility to excel in a constantly evolving environment
