Marketing Coordinator - Corporate Creative

This position is based in Walker’s Denver-area office, physically located in Lone Tree, Colorado.

How Your Role Will Shape Our Success

The Marketing Coordinator will support Walker Consultants’ Corporate Creative team across a wide range of marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on conference coordination, execution, and follow-through.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping moving pieces organized, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Our priorities can shift quickly as new requests come in, so the successful candidate will be comfortable adjusting plans, re-prioritizing work, and jumping into whatever the team needs most that day.

You’ll work as part of a tight-knit, creative marketing team that collaborates closely, works hard, and enjoys what we do. This role offers exposure to nearly every aspect of Corporate Creative marketing at Walker, from conferences and digital content to graphic design support, website updates, photography, video, data management, and company-wide marketing initiatives.

For someone who is curious, highly organized, creative, and eager to learn, this role provides the opportunity to build broad marketing experience while taking real ownership of important programs.

Coordinate conference needs from planning through completion, including swag, booth materials, collateral, promotional items, social media support, shipping, and other event-related logistics.
