SEO Specialist

We're looking for an SEO Specialist who actually understands how search works — not someone who recites best practices, but someone who thinks in systems, tests assumptions, and knows why a page ranks or doesn't. You'll own SEO for a portfolio of client websites, working alongside content and development teams to build long-term organic growth.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations across client sites
• Perform keyword research, gap analysis, and competitor benchmarking
• Build and manage content plans aligned with topical authority and search intent
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and Core Web Vitals; identify and act on trends
• Develop and execute link-building strategies
• Optimize for both traditional search and generative engine visibility (AI overviews, SGE)
• Prepare performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure correct implementation

• Solid foundational knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog

Understanding of HTML/CSS basics as they relate to SEO

• Ability to read and interpret GA4 data
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Analytical mindset — able to isolate variables and run experiments
• Experience with SEO campaigns (personal projects count)
