Your New Role
- Serve as a Concrete Project Manager based in Alvarado, TX, overseeing commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
- Manage multiple commercial concrete projects simultaneously based on project size and complexity
- Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, construction schedules, production timelines, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate field superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and inspectors
- Manage commercial concrete scopes, including foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, tilt-wall construction, structural concrete, and site concrete
- Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders
- Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to keep concrete production and project schedules on track
- Conduct regular job site visits throughout the DFW area to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve project issues
- Track project costs, forecast budgets, manage changes, and protect project profitability
- Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, and required documentation
