Your New Role
- Lead day-to-day mechanical construction activities on active job sites in the College Station, TX area
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple work areas to keep projects moving
- Oversee mechanical and installation work while maintaining high standards for workmanship and quality
- Manage jobsite schedules, manpower, productivity, and daily field priorities
- Enforce site safety requirements and promote a strong safety-first culture
- Monitor project progress and address field challenges before they impact schedules or quality
- Perform and oversee QA/QC activities to ensure work meets project specifications and applicable standards
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve conflicts and maintain workflow
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements to support accurate field execution
- Provide hands-on field leadership and technical guidance when complex mechanical or piping issues arise
- Maintain clear communication and documentation regarding project status, jobsite needs, and field conditions
- Drive projects toward safe, efficient, high-quality, and on-schedule completion
