What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise fixed maintenance operations on-site in Mullan, Idaho
- Oversee preventive maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency repairs of fixed equipment assets
- Assist the Fixed Maintenance Foreman and assume Foreman responsibilities when needed
- Direct daily work activities of maintenance mechanics and contractors
- Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance standards
- Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling with operations and planning teams
- Support emergency maintenance activities for hoists, compressors, chillers, pumping systems, and underground fixed plant infrastructure
- Assign work orders and monitor performance to ensure quality, productivity, and safety expectations are met
- Participate in risk assessments and support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure quality and reliability
- Manage CMMS documentation, shift reports, timecards, and material requests
- Train, coach, and develop maintenance personnel
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability
