Your New Role

• As an HVAC Sales Technician , you'll diagnose residential heating and cooling system issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and recommend solutions that meet each customer's needs. You'll combine strong technical skills with excellent customer service to help homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.
• This position is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC equipment
• Perform new system installations as assigned
• Explain repair options, replacement recommendations, and pricing to customers in a clear, professional manner
• Recommend system upgrades, accessories, maintenance agreements, and replacement options when appropriate
• Educate homeowners on system operation and preventive maintenance
• Complete service documentation accurately using company software
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
