What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial HVAC new construction installations
- Supervise field crews and maintain project timelines
- Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and controls
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and crews
- Train and support technicians in the field
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Troubleshoot installation and system issues as needed
- Maintain OSHA and company safety standards
- Complete installation reports and required project documentation.
- Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment remain job-site ready
Projects are located throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
