Your New Role
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and equipment inspections
- Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, ductless mini-split systems, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, mechanical, and system performance issues
- Complete repairs safely and efficiently while following manufacturer specifications and company procedures
- Test system performance and evaluate equipment operation
- Explain repair recommendations and maintenance findings clearly to homeowners
- Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service during every visit
- Manage service calls independently while communicating effectively with dispatch and team members
