Jobs at Rocket Lab Corporation

What Rocket Lab Corporation's application asks

Across the 2 application forms Otto has filled at Rocket Lab Corporation: 24 distinct questions, 17 of them usually required. A single application works out at about 18 minutes once you have your details to hand. It runs on Greenhouse.

12 are Rocket Lab Corporation’s own, not boxes every form has:

• if citizenship status other, please explain:
• please share with us your salary expectations.
• please specify
• any offer of employment with rocket lab is contingent on a successful criminal background check, drug screen…
• are you willing to work onsite?
• citizenship status
• do you meet all the required qualifications (listed under "you'll bring these qualifications")?
• have you previously interviewed at rocket lab?

and 4 more.

Read off the forms themselves, last checked 2026-09-10, because Otto fills them in and has to read them first. Roles differ, so the estimate is per application rather than for the list above: each question counts for its cost times how often this employer actually requires it. A written answer is 2½ minutes, a dropdown 12 seconds, a yes/no 5 seconds, attaching a file 45 seconds. The list leaves out name-and-email boxes and anything Greenhouse puts on every employer’s form.
