Who we are

Hi,

We're Adam and Loai, two friends who know exactly how a job search feels. We've been there and done that. The same form filled in for the fortieth time, the cover letter rewritten for a role that had already closed, and then the silence. We dreaded every part of it.

Most of that work is repetitive, and AI is finally good enough to take it on. It can find the roles that fit you, fill in the applications and keep track of what comes back. So we built Otto to do it for you.

But sending more applications was never the point. What you want is the interview, so Otto also works on your chances of getting one. It only sends you to roles that are still open, tailors your CV to each posting in its own words, and never invents anything you didn't tell it.

We're not funded. There are no investors to answer to, only the people who use Otto, and that keeps us honest about what we build and what we charge. We're adding features as we go, and the aim stays the same. We want to offer the best product at the best price.
