What You’ll Be Doing:

\- Start each day at our SE Calgary office and head out on routes with your team

\- Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression

\- Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate

\- Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale

\- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses

\- Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly

\- Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude

This Role Is Perfect for You If You:

What We're Looking For:

\- 19+ years old (insurance requirement)

\- Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)

\- Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)

\- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

\- Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset

\- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow
