Responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external financial reporting.
Internal Reporting Responsibilities
- Bi-annual preparation of consolidated budgets and related schedules
- Monthly preparation of consolidated forecasts and related schedules
- Monthly reporting and analysis to senior management and Board of Directors
- Preparation of ad hoc requests for senior management
External Reporting Responsibilities
- Preparation of quarterly press releases and 10-Qs, including XBRL
- Preparation of annual financial statements and 10-K report, including XBRL
- Assist in the preparation of various other SEC reports (ie. 8-K, S-3, S-4)
- Interact with external auditors on quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Interact with internal and external auditors regarding Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance
- Monitor new SEC and FASB proposals and develop implementation processes
Perform accounting research and recommended appropriate application as needed

Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA preferred
Skills:
\- Previous exposure to GAAP financial statement preparation and SEC filings
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\- Strong analytical skills
\- Must be well organized
\- Hyperion knowledge a strong plus
$120K to $130K Plus bonus
