Compensation

Our Assistant Managers are paid an hourly rate between $15 and $18.00 with bonus opportunity

Room to grow

Most of our GMs started as AMs. After you've run a Two Sisters Pizza store successfully for a year, you can apply for franchise ownership. Trainer and Regional Manager roles are also open to you.

What you'll do

• Train and develop your team
• Make sure everyone on your shift shows up and is ready to go
• Place food orders and keep inventory in check
• Put product quality above everything else
• Handle customer concerns quickly
• Keep the team looking sharp and professional

What you need

• 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Restaurant experience preferred; management experience a plus
• Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
