The Finishing Department plays a critical role in ensuring our products meet both functional and aesthetic standards through sanding, coating, and surface preparation processes.
Your Role
As a Sander in the Finishing Department, you will be responsible for preparing 3D printed lighting products for final coating and assembly by sanding and refining surfaces to meet Gantri’s quality standards. You will work with various sanding tools and equipment and may support other production functions as needed.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, hands-on, and interested in developing craftsmanship in a modern manufacturing environment.
Shift and Schedule
Regular schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 2:30pm–10:00pm
Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, for the initial training period.
Mandatory overtime may be required to support production needs, staff shortages, or unexpected increases in workload.
