_Schedule: 30 hours weekly Monday - Friday - Hours Varies_

_A Day in the Life _

• You will accurately administer appropriate evaluation tools based on diagnoses and age of each patient served. You will then develop a treatment plan for each patient that reflects results of the evaluation and makes recommendations for treatment.
• Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will keep medical records up to date, complete and in accordance with department and hospital guidelines for patients served.
• You will be part of a great team! You will work closely in department and interdepartmental efforts to improve process and clinical treatment.

• Meets productivity standards of the department.
• Is accurate and timely in charging for therapy services provided per department process.
• Participates in department and interdepartmental efforts to improve process and clinical treatment.

_What’s Required _

• Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.

• Certification in Occupational Therapy (Current registration held by the National Board for Certification or eligibility for immediate registration)

• Registered State of Michigan Occupational Therapist
