Job Title: Intern, Contracts and Compliance

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern for our Contracts and Compliance team. This role is designed for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in contractual governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management within the construction and facility management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
\- Support the Contracts and Compliance team in conducting risk assessments and compliance audits.
\- Participate in the procurement process by collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to commercial processes.
\- Maintain organized records of contracts and compliance documentation.
\- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports and presentations as needed.
\- Contribute to the development of compliance training materials and assist in conducting training sessions.
Qualifications:
\- Recently completed Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\- Basic knowledge of procurement and commercial processes is an advantage.
