Senior Finance Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Finance to support day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in financial management and working knowledge of project-based accounting, preferably within engineering or project-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Monitor project-wise cost allocations, revenue recognition, and cash flows
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely invoicing and collections
• Prepare documentation for audits, bank dealings, and compliance matters
• Ensure accurate data entry in ERP and maintain financial records
• Support vendor payments, tax calculations, and withholding tax filings
• Assist in the preparation of MIS reports and dashboards for management
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Part-qualified CA / ACCA / ICMA will be preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an engineering or project-based organization
• Strong understanding of financial processes, taxation, and compliance (FBR, SRB)
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
