AI Transformation Lead

_Job Responsibilities in a nutshell:_

• Develop strategies for the deployment and use of AI within the company.
• Track the use of AI for personal productivity and use it to evangelize to others inside and outside of the company, showing that we use AI effectively.
• Work to establish policy for the safe use of AI for developers and citizen developers.
• Establish lightweight processes to evaluate new AI tools coming into the company for suitability of purpose and corporate standards, including security standards.
• Work with other product managers to embed AI features into existing and new products.
• Develop training programs for staff on effective and safe usage of AI tools.

Capabilities**

_Essential Qualifications_

• _Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field_ _Minimum 4 years of experience operating as a product manager, technical evangelist, or in a similar strategic technology role._
• _Demonstrated ability to advocate for new technologies and drive organizational change and adoption._
• _Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively evangelize AI usage both internally to staff and externally to clients/partners._
• _Experience in developing cross-functional policies and training programs_ _Proven experience in researching new technologies and techniques for applying technology_
• _Experience in engaging with Senior Management to gain consensus and sponsorship for key initiatives_
• _As this role is regional in nature, strong command of written and spoken English is required. Good command of the Thai language is a strong plus._

_**_Technical & Industry Knowledge_

• _Deep understanding of current AI tools, generative AI technologies, agent systems, and emerging ecosystem trends._
• _Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and ethical considerations surrounding corporate AI deployment._
• _Ability to establish evaluation frameworks and lightweight governance processes for new technology adoption._
• _Familiarity with the software development lifecycle to effectively collaborate with developers and technical product managers._
