- Lead Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) and ad hoc merchandising analysis; prepare presentations, business recaps, and materials for team and cross-functional meetings
- Monitor product performance and revisit product attribution and lifecycle health as the business evolves
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, planning, or a related function, ideally within jewelry, accessories, fashion, beauty, or another high SKU consumer category
- Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency, with experience working across sales, inventory, margin, and product performance data
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable merchandising recommendations
- Commercial mindset with strong curiosity about customers, products, trends, and performance
- Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with Shopify, Airtable; Claude experience a plus
