In-Home Caregiver / Senior Support Specialist

Location: Fort Collins & Surrounding Northern CO Areas (Loveland, Estes Park, Greeley)

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Shifts Available

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00+ / hour _(dependent on shift, location, & client care level)_

What You 'll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll support local seniors and individuals in maintaining their independence, safety, and dignity right where they feel most comfortable--at home.

• Companionship & Engagement: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, hobbies, and supportive daily presence.
• Personal Care Support: Assist with daily routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility/transfers.
• Meal Preparation & Light Housekeeping: Prepare nutritious meals, assist with light chores, laundry, and keep the home clean and comfortable.
• Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on track with daily care plans and health schedules.
• Transportation & Errands: Accompany clients to appointments, grocery store trips, or community outings.

Who You Are

• Compassionate & Reliable: You show up on time, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about making a positive impact.
• Valid Driver 's License: Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance (required for client transportation/rural visits).
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screen.
• Experience: Prior caregiving or CNA/HHA experience is a plus, but we are happy to train candidates with the right heart and dedication!
