Technical Engineer (Chinese Speaking)

ACG_3878_JOB Our client, a leading global company in the industrial automation sector, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their team as a Technical Engineer. JOB DESCRIPTION Deliver technical training to newly hired Sales employees. Provide advanced product training to experienced Sales employees, particularly for high-end products and solutions. Support Sales teams and customers in handling technical questions related to the company’s products. Provide technical consultation to help customers optimize product performance and application. Conduct initial product training for customers following product purchase. Provide after-sales technical support and troubleshoot customer issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline. Open to fresh graduates and candidates with approximately one to three years of relevant experience. Good Chinese communication skills are required; English proficiency is considered an advantage. Proactive, positive, responsible, and customer-oriented, with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
