Always Best Care is a growing Medicare-certified Home Health agency helping patients throughout O'ahu improve mobility, strength, balance, and safety while remaining in the comfort of their homes.

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our clinical team.

Pay: $80 per visit

Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per Diem (PRN)

The Opportunity

This position offers the ability to build a flexible caseload while providing one-on-one care in the home setting. You will work closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and reassessments
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Address mobility and balance concerns
• Implement strength and fall prevention programs
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Maintain Medicare-compliant documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Hawaii Physical Therapist license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
