We're currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists who are passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as PT
- 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
