Business Development Partner

Type: Part-time Independent Contractor (20 hrs/week)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Compensation: Base Retainer ($1,000 - $1,500/mo USD) + High-Yield Uncapped Commission

As a Business Development Partner, you will drive strategic B2B client acquisition during core US business hours. Operating at an executive level, you will prospect, pitch, and secure recruitment mandates with C-Suite executives, Founders, and VPs of Talent across US mid-market and PE/VC-backed companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound outreach (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, tailored email, cold calling) during fixed US morning hours.
• Lead high-level discovery calls to evaluate client talent needs and pitch ATG’s executive search solutions.
• Negotiate search terms, close retained and direct-hire agreements, and handover signed mandates to ATG’s recruitment team.
• Manage client pipeline efficiently within CRM, maintaining precision and high conversion standards.

Schedule & Requirements

• Working Hours: Required availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time).
• 4+ years of proven success in B2B sales, high-ticket professional services, or agency recruiting business development.
• Executive presence with flawless verbal and written English communication.
• Strong understanding of US corporate hiring structures, leadership roles, and executive search models.
• Highly self-motivated to execute high-impact work within a structured part-time window.
• Uninterrupted remote setup with reliable backup power/UPS solution to guarantee availability during US calling windows.
