Anderson Rock River Ford is looking for a talented, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team.
Responsibilities include:
\- Set/confirm appointments and perform follow-up with customers.
\- Provide repair estimates.
\- Assist customers with their repair/maintenance needs.
\- Produce repair orders for customers with full transparency including cost and time estimates.
\- Communicate frequently with other company departments.
\- Help customers with service maintenance requirements and warranty information.
\- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
