What You'll Do

As a Chevrolet Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping individuals and families find the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and build rapport through outstanding customer service.
• Understand customer needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget to recommend the best vehicle solutions.
• Present and demonstrate Chevrolet vehicles, highlighting key features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and answer product-related questions with confidence and professionalism.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through delivery.
• Explain financing options, warranties, protection products, and current dealership promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads using dealership CRM tools.
• Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed on Chevrolet products, competitive vehicles, inventory availability, and market trends.
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales opportunities.
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
