BASIC FUNCTION
The Transition and Development Unit Supervisor is responsible for the acclimation, training, performance, effective operation, and development of Claims Professionals (Adjusters) handling a variety of claims. This role focuses on assuring the efficient application of initial claims training as well as a caseload that increases in complexity. This position offers growth opportunities and is expected to eventually assume oversight responsibilities for a supplemental adjuster positions as business needs evolve.
