Community Success Coordinator

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our growing online Insights Community [www.bluedotcomuna.com](http://www.bluedotcomuna.com)

Major responsibilities headings:

▪ Community Support – Responding to queries and concerns raised by community members

▪ Community Wellness - Assess all member interactions and processes. We need to become more member-centric to keep them happy and engaged

▪ Community Research - Conduct surveys of members to identify pain points and opportunities. This will include assessing our rewards structure

▪ Community Growth and Expansion – Assisting with campaigns to grow the Jamaican community and expand to other countries

▪ Project Enquiries – Responding to business enquiries for new projects

2Degree of Supervision received:

▪ Moderate, success in the role requires initiative and problem-solving

Requirements

Solid organizational skills, agility and time-management

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans

Strong Communication skills

Assertive Management and problem-solving skill

Project Management Certification is a plus.
