Registered Nurse

Position Summary

BVO Recruiters is seeking compassionate, patient-focused Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a high-performing clinical team in Gainesville, FL. Schedule & Employment Type

• Full-Time, on-site in Gainesville, FL (Southeastern U.S.)
• 12-hour shifts (day or night; weekend/holiday coverage as needed)
• Night and weekend differentials available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in alignment with facility policies, standards of practice, and clinical guidelines
• Perform comprehensive assessments; develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support optimal patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, discharge planning, and ongoing care needs
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in any U.S. state or approved multistate RN compact license (compact holders must obtain a local license within 60 days of relocation)
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience in one or more of the following: Home Health, LTAC, Skilled Nursing Facility, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant specialty (e.g., NICU, PICU, or similar) with the ability to step in with minimal ramp-up
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including potential nights/weekends
• Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
• Must not have worked for or applied to HCA Healthcare within the past 12 months

Required Skills (Preferred Clinical Background)

• Registered Nurse (RN) clinical practice
• NICU experience
• PICU experience

Certifications

• BLS (Healthcare Provider) required prior to start
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 30 days of start
• Basic Cardiac Life Support required within 30 days of start

Compensation & Differentials

• Hourly pay: $32.00–$43.20/hr (based on experience)
• Night differential: +$4.25/hr
• Weekend differential: +$3.00/hr
• Sign-on bonus available: up to $10,000 (day shifts) / up to $20,000 (night shifts)
