Role: Business Analyst – Securities Lending & Triparty

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months

Location: Hybrid

Role Overview:

Delta Capita is supporting a strategic transformation programme for a leading global financial markets organisation within the Securities Finance space. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Securities Lending Borrowing (SBL) and Triparty domain expertise to support the delivery of multiple front-to-back business and technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Product, Technology and Business stakeholders to gather requirements, define future-state processes and support the implementation of key platform enhancements and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather, analyse and document business requirements

2. Produce functional specifications, process flows and business documentation

3. Conduct current state and target state analysis

4. Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders

5. Support solution design and delivery across securities finance workflows

6. Coordinate and support UAT activities, defect management and production releases

7. Assist with data migration, onboarding and process automation initiatives

8. Work closely with development, testing and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle
