In-home Caregiver Jobs in Orange County | Flexible Shifts and Weekly Pay

CareWorks Health Services is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide quality in-home care for seniors throughout Orange County, CA. If you're looking for flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and rewarding work that makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you!

We serve clients throughout Orange County, including Huntington Beach, Orange, Anaheim, Fullerton, Irvine, Newport Beach, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, and surrounding communities.

Caregiver Duties

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and companionship.
• Accompany clients to approved appointments, errands, and outings.

Pay & Schedule

• $18 -$22 per hour, depending on the case.
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday.
• Flexible scheduling; pick up available client shifts based on your availability.
• Day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, depending on client needs.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license or state ID.
• 6+ months of caregiving experience ; family care qualifies.
• Active HCA registration or willingness to obtain one
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to complete required background screening.
